Mufti The Laughing Donkey is wearing a black plastic top hat style hat. I haven’t been able to find another with this hat. Has original red plastic collar and mohair blanket around it’s belly. The teeth are actually a hard plastic to make them more realistic—they could use a brush! There is a small separation of fabric where the tail meets the fluffy end- an easy repair if you desire (see photo). 8” to top of ears.
